- Port Authorities & Coast Guard: If you confirm a booking, Turkish Maritime Laws require us to submit a passenger list (Transit Log) containing names and passport details to the harbor master.
- Legal Authorities: If required by law (e.g., TURSAB audits or tax authorities).
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
If you make a booking inquiry, we retain your contact details to assist with your current and future holiday plans. If a charter is realized, official documents (contracts, passenger lists) are kept for the duration required by Turkish Tax and Maritime laws.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes (such as official charter contracts).

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Booking inquiries are processed securely by our reservation team in Bodrum.
